JLF Transfers works with trusted partners to fulfill bookings but on occasion for example if a flight lands early if myself or the other driver has a job beforehand there may be a slight wait for pickup, this unfortunately can’t be helped and to be fair only happens on very rare occasions. Please be patient in the event of such an occurrence happening, I completely understand this can be a little frustrating but we are at the mercy of the airlines I’m afraid, the last thing I want is unhappy customers so your patience on these rare occasions would be extremely grateful.
This unfortunately happened today for one of my regular customers who had to wait 25 mins for the driver to arrive due to a flight landing 35 mins earlier than expected although the flight was tracked he did have a job beforehand..….yes I get it but we are all only human and this grates me to the bone, a full explanation was sent to the customer with my sincere apologies.

All Connections are tracked and therefore JLF Transfers will be at the pickup point no later than 45 minutes after the connection has ARRIVED at the terminal/station/port/e.t.c, all connections are tracked using official websites and apps, JLF Transfers cannot be held responsible for this information displaying incorrect data. On occasion these pick up times can be affected through late, early or altered arrival or departure times, weather, breakdowns, RTA’s, heavy traffic or personal injury. In the event of any of these circumstances causing a delay to any bookings then the customer will be advised and informed by phone call or text by JLF Transfers.
